Sad Clown — process notes

Sad Clown came together in fragments—parts of the costume first, then the face, then the whole posture.

I was careful with color: keeping it playful without turning it loud, and letting the expression do the heavy work.

This post is a small winter archive of that process: the piece gradually finding its own rhythm.
