Bambola began as a handful of loose ideas: a silhouette, a few textures, a mood I wanted to keep intact.

These photos are selected process notes—tests, fittings, and the moments when a face stops being “a head” and becomes someone.

I like keeping this part visible: the work is never a straight line, and the detours are often the most useful decisions.
